Minority Leader Barack Obama Introduces HR 416

Minority Leader Obama (NDP) has introduced House Resolution 416 (also known as the Jobs and Establishment Act) to the House. It is expected to pass the House rather easily with multi-arty support but its story in the Senate is unknown. The bill is supposed to improve infrastructure and lower unemployment all while using green energy to help the climate. The full resolution is laid out in the image below. The House votes tomorrow at 11 am CST. Will it pass? It is not certain. The Democratic-Republicans may walk out at any moment. However, it would make sweeping changes to the whole nation as it has policies that would revolutionize our infrastructure, lower our unemployment all the while being energy efficient.
